How to Book a Wafid (GAMCA) Medical Appointment Online (Process & Fees)

Many fraudulent agents charge workers ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 just to "book" a GAMCA medical appointment. You can do this yourself on your smartphone for a fraction of the cost.

Here is the step-by-step process to generate your Wafid (formerly GAMCA) slip legally and securely.

Step 1: Go to the Official Wafid Portal Open your browser and navigate to the official website: **wafid.com**. Do not use any third-party websites that look similar.

Step 2: Book Your Appointment 1. Click on the **"Book an Appointment"** button. 2. Enter your location details: Select **India**, and then select your nearest major city (e.g., Mumbai, Lucknow, Kochi, Delhi). 3. Select your Destination Country (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar). 4. Fill in your personal details exactly as they appear on your passport (Name, Passport Number, Date of Birth).

Step 3: Pay the Slip Generation Fee You must pay a system fee of **$10 USD** (approximately ₹850 depending on exchange rates) using a credit card or debit card.

Important: Once paid, the system will randomly assign you a clinic in your chosen city. You cannot change this clinic.

Step 4: Visit the Clinic Print out the Wafid slip. You have **30 days** to visit the assigned clinic from the day you generate the slip. When you arrive at the clinic, you will have to pay the actual medical examination fee in cash. In India, this is currently fixed around **₹5,500 to ₹6,000**.
