1. Description of Service
My Videsh provides a digital platform connecting Indian blue-collar workers with verified international job opportunities published by MOIA-registered recruitment agencies.
Important Disclaimer: My Videsh is a technology platform, NOT a recruitment agency. We do not issue visas, negotiate salaries, or guarantee employment. All employment contracts are between the candidate and the respective employer/agency.
2. User Responsibilities (Job Seekers)
- You agree to provide accurate information regarding your skills and experience.
- You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any agent before making payments.
- You agree to report any agent asking for fees exceeding the government-mandated limits (₹4,000 for unskilled, ₹5,000 for skilled).
3. User Responsibilities (Agencies)
- Only agencies with a valid MOIA (Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs) registration are permitted to use our B2B services.
- Agencies agree to upload only genuine demand letters.
- Failure to comply with government fee structures will result in permanent banning from the My Videsh platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of My Videsh or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
My Videsh shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use of our platform
- Any disputes between candidates and recruitment agencies
- Loss of money or documents given to third parties
